We know you’ve been feeling your depths, and we see you rising steady now. You know that feeling those depths gives you access to far greater heights – and upwards you now go. It’s all beautiful – the dark shadows and the brilliant light. You are here for it all...
AWAKENING LIGHT // A PRAYER FOR THE COLLECTIVE
This process will activate your sacred connection to All That Is. Use it to harness your remembering, to slip into Oneness.
Breathe deeply into your heart. Feel it open, soften, notice how strong it is.
Connect to your Heart. This is the throne of your soul. Linger in the vibration of love that emanates here.
This is a portal.
At this threshold you are connected to Oneness. In that expansive, vast plane of energy lies the heart of all things.
Sound Bath Information
Some important information about crystal alchemy sound baths and crystal sonic therapy.
What happens in a Sound Bath?
A crystal alchemy sound bath is facilitated by a qualified practitioner for an agreed period of time in advance of the session. Your Practitioner will play the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for the group that gathers for the sound bath. The guests are invited to simply sit or lay upon a meditation mat and experience the sound waves emanating from the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls (all made with quartz with a combination of gemstones, precious metals, minerals).
What is a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath?
Crystal Alchemy Sound Baths are a holistic, complementary health care practice that enhances and stimulates the mind and body’s ability to heal itself. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are designed for healing and wellbeing, having a transformational effect on any presenting imbalances within the mind, emotions, physical and auric field. The result is a deep sense of wellbeing and calm. The Alchemy bowl’s tones and vibrations fill the space to create a deeply sensory experience. The effects can be felt almost immediately with improvements and transformations claimed across a wide range of conditions including stress, trauma and illness.
What a Sound Bath is not…
A Sound Bath is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis treatment or medications. Nor is it a one-to-one therapeutic session. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
Please note that all guests are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during and after the sound bath.
Precautions and Contraindications:
Pregnancy
It is believed that there are many positive and beneficial effects to be gained from relaxation and healing sounds to the growing foetus. The advised healing practice is gentle flowing sounds around the pregnant mother for the beneficial and positive effect of both mother and baby. However, Sound Baths are not advised when less than 12 weeks pregnant.
Epilepsy
According to the Epilepsy Action support services there is a rare form of epilepsy, where music or sound (bells, music, humming, buzzing, animals, and car horns, etc.) can trigger an epileptic seizure. The sound is usually very unique to the person who will usually be aware of their own triggers. This is linked to those people with brain lesions which are usually detected early in life and most clients will be fully aware of their condition and triggers and would more than likely avoid this type of treatment. Sound Baths are not suitable for people with epilepsy.
Mental Health
Mental illness can range from anxiety, depression and mood disorders (that have a severe and tangible effect on your emotions and motivation), to psychotic disorders like schizophrenia, (that affect your perceptions or senses with delusions or hallucinations). Living with any of these can be debilitating. We rely on our senses, emotions, and perceptions to get us through the day. When any of those fail, it can make life difficult. Sound Baths are not suitable for people with severe or clinical mental health conditions.
Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular)
An implant is a medical synthetic device manufactured to replace or support or enhance a biological structure. The surface of implants that are in contact with the body might be made of a biomedical material such as titanium, silicone, or apatite. In some cases implants contain electronics e.g. artificial pacemaker and cochlear implants. The vibrations we experience through sound healing may cause discomfort through the vibration of the sound and the implant or even disrupt its function. It is advisable make an informed decision and seek advice from your GP if you are concerned.
Minors (under the age of 18)
We do not offer Crystal Sonic Therapy or Sound Baths of any description to minors under the age of 18. Minors can attend, however, they must be accompanied by their parent of guardian. The minor must be old enough to lie still for 90 minutes as to not disturb the other guests.

Some information about our Reiki Courses (updated 18 November 2019):
Location
Our Reiki Courses are held at the Temple of Alchemies, 14 Feathers Place, Greenwich, SE10 9NE. This is a beautiful Sound Temple + Wellbeing Studio full of healing energy and a vast collection of Alchemy Singing Bowls. Sound will be used to deepen the meditations throughout the course, as it is a truly wonderful compliment to the Reiki attunements. Please note that there won’t be time to engage with the bowls individually during the course (as tempting as they often are, please just admire them visually). If they call to you, you can always book a consultation to explore their energies at a later date. We offer one-to-one sessions in this space during the week.
Accessibility
We are located on the second floor and at this time there is no lift or stair lift, please take this into consideration if you have mobility challenges.
What Reiki is not…
Reiki is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, treatment or medications. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We kindly ask our students to keep this in mind during the course when sharing treatments with each other. Reiki is best when we work free of expectations, keeping an open mind - it always works towards alignment with our broader / higher self. Please note that all students are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during and after the Reiki Course.

A full refund is offered only if more than 14 days notice has been provided. We will try our best to accommodate changes if given enough time.
