Our Sound Baths are temporarily being held over Zoom.
After booking, please download the Zoom app. The link for our sound bath will be sent to you shortly before the start time. You’ll be able to rest and tune in this way while resting at home. We recommend making a super cosy nest for yourself with your phone fully charged, headphones plugged in, and blankets at the ready.

Sound is ancient energy medicine based on the scientific principle that everything in the Universe vibrates with a precise frequency - from the stars through to every cell of our human body. Sound Baths are a very relaxing, all-immersive experience that bypass mental noise, creating a clear moment to reconnect to the deeper self. When we gift ourselves the chance to relax in this way, we discover solutions organically bubbling to the surface of our awareness. Our virtual Sound Temple is a space of deep peace to encourage a sense of safety, rest, connection, and nourishment as we go about the journey back to wholeness together.
