Reiki means Sacred Life Energy. Our session will be guided by the sacred energy of your body and your spirit as you receive what you need from the Spirit of Life. My sessions are offered as a space of peace where you can rest, recover, replenish, and find your flow as you receive the gentle loving energy that is Reiki. I offer a compassionate space for nourishment during what is often a spiralling path on the journey of healing. It’s an absolute privilege to create a sacred space for you to explore your inner self.
I’ve been a Reiki Practitioner for over twenty years and a Sound Therapist for the past six. My work with hundreds of clients has gifted me with a sensitive understanding of the correlation between the energy body and its reflection through life circumstances. I love to help clients translate these codes to support them as they connect the dots, illuminating and healing the root cause of any presenting imbalances. The healing we do in this space will ripple across levels seen and unseen - travelling through timelines, memories, and narratives to reveal what is true, so we can gently and gratefully release what no longer serves us. The nature of vibrational medicine is that it gives us exactly what we need - it meets us where we are. So if we need physical or emotional healing, that’s what we’ll receive. If we need guidance, we’ll get it directly from our inner teacher - the ancient part of us that already knows.

Soul Communion sessions are a symphony of vibrational alchemy - a weaving of Reiki energy with the sublime harmonies of alchemy crystal singing bowls. This creates a healing atmosphere for realignment with the soul. The sound waves carry the properties of the various crystals straight into the body, working in a space that is untouched by the mind’s limitations. Reiki is then shared to deepen healing and fully harmonise your entire being.

Reiki is sacred energy, accessed through a meditative practice while lightly laying the hands on the body (or in the energy field if touch isn’t preferred). It’s the mysterious, intelligent, harmonising energy of all life - a beautifully creative magic. A treatment restores our energy so it can flow freely, allowing us to let go and align with our True Self once again. In this space, we can hear our soul’s whispers and reconnect with our wisdom. Ultimately Reiki is a path of discovery - an exploration of the cosmic energy we are all made of.

Crystal Sonic Therapy
Crystal Sonic Therapy is powerfully transformational, blending crystal frequencies with intention while enabling the intelligence of the body to return to its natural harmony. The sound waves impress upon our energy, stirring a resonance from deep within while the healing properties of the crystal, gemstones, precious metals, and sacred earths move into our vibrating cells.
