We gather in circle quarterly to be held, to express anything we need to express, to have a safe space to share what is on our hearts. While nestled in the high and healing crystalline energy of the Temple of Alchemies, anything we need to receive can be witnessed by the group. As beings who hold so much space for others on their healing journeys, this is a space for us to be supported - to voice anything that may have come up in a client session or in our own journeys to wholeness. Attending supervision is a nurturing way for us to be clear in service to our selves and our clients.

These supervision circles are open to anyone who has studied Reiki with Brighitta. Co-created and facilitated by Jessica Andexer, a Reiki Practitioner and Psychotherapist with an inspiring understanding of neurobiology and wellness, she has served many years in therapeutic practice. We invite you to join us in this sacred space of truth and openness.

Each Supervision group begins with a workshop - looking at themes to promote our wellbeing - and then time for sharing, asking, receiving, and listening. Following the Supervision group is a Reiki Share to allow for energetic integration and further healing (this is an additional session which you can book here).
