”I just wanted to write to tell you that rush hour in a crammed Jubilee line tube has never looked so beautiful. Even when a woman pushed passed me to nab the last remaining space on the train, which would usually result in me being bitter all day, she received only love. Because that’s all I can feel today. Love and connection with everyone and everything. Walking up Whitehall, where I would usually keep my head down and scurry along quickly to reach my destination, my eyes couldn’t stop eagerly darting around to take it all in. Because even on this grey, October morning, there is just so much beauty in our everyday lives that we forget. And that was such a powerful realisation that I felt my eyes brimming with tears at the sheer wonder of it all. Learning how to give myself the ultimate self-care in the form of the purest, most honest embrace, through Reiki, has brought me closer to Home than any amount of yoga or meditation or walking ever has. I no longer feel afraid of the future or resentful of the past. All I have is now, and gratitude, and for that I don’t think I could ever fully thank you for. Meeting you was like catching up with a long-term friend who I haven’t seen for a while but whose wisdom has always been in my subconscious. It’s really quite unbelievable what we all achieved over this weekend. So thank you, endlessly, for the gift you have given me and all of the other wonderful souls who I was so lucky to meet with over the past two days. I can’t wait to meet you again soon.”

"I took part in Brighitta´s Usui Reiki I course, and It was amaaaazing! She is so knowledgable and conveys everything so easily. Its the perfect balance between the wisdom and history of Reiki, the Japanese art of energy healing, and hands-on practical learning. "Reiki 1 with Brighitta was an immensely satisfying weekend. Having had a treatment from Brighitta, I knew without doubt that she knew her stuff! She kept the spirituality of the practise intact whilst keeping the format of the weekend modern and fresh, comfortable and inclusive. No question from the ‘mixed ability’ group of twelve was too simple and we were all made to feel welcome to give our input and opinions on any, more in-depth, questions and yet somehow the sessions kept to time perfectly. The group as a whole got on well and we were encouraged to mingle and chat over our lunches and then to keep in touch, which we have done. I was also very pleased, although not at all surprised, to find that the support continues after the course ends, no question too silly!
